Feb 14-17 | Dinner Series & Jamon Fest with Spanish Guest Chef Aitor Olabegoya

To kick off Valentine’s Day and running from February 14 to 17, Sake Central will be collaborating with a renowned Spanish Chef Aitor Olabegoya for a celebration of Sake’s versatility with Spanish Cuisine, particularly Serrano Ham! From Thursday the 14 to Saturday the 16, Bar Sake Central will have a collaboration menu featuring  dishes by Sake Central’s Chef Lok Yan Li and our guest Chef Aitor Olabegoya. On Sunday the 17, come by for a festival-style party with Jamón carving plus sake and Japanese beer pairings from 2 to 8pm!
