Jun 21-22 | Guest Chef Dinners with Julian Cincotta of Thievery, Sydney

From wagyu beef brisket kebab to burnt butter and paprika hummus - expect familiar dishes elevated and reinterpreted in a modern way. Join us for a dinner with Thievery’s Chef and Owner Julian Cincotta and discover how sake can pair with flavors outside of Japanese cuisine.

Dinners will run on a la carte basis with three seatings per night: 6pm, 8pm and 10pm of Friday, June 21st and Saturday, June 22nd.
