JUL 27 | KEIGETSU SAKE TASTING DINNER - NEW SEASON RELEASE
Our friends from Keigetsu Brewery in Kochi Prefecture are in town and they’ve brought along some very special sake! In honor of this visit, we’ll be hosting a dinner with them at Bar Sake Central featuring a 7-course tasting menu. Our dishes will be paired with 5 different types of sake produced by Keigetsu, including the freshly brewed signature Keigetsu “Sake Nature” Junmai Daiginjo produced in traditional Kimoto method.
