Sake tasting dinner hosted by Sake Central in collaboration with Hakutsuru Brewery from Nada, Kobe.
Our friends from Hakutsuru Brewery in Hyogo Prefecture are in town and they’ve brought along some very special sake! In honor of this visit, we’ll be hosting a dinner with them at Bar Sake Central featuring a multi-course tasting menu from Chef Lok Yan Li. Sake Central Kitchen's dishes will be paired with 5 different types of sake produced by Hakutsuru, including the limited edition 3 year aged 'Tenku Yamadanishiki' Junmai Daiginjo.
