Bar Sake Central

 

Bar Sake Central features an innovative and seasonal menu of otsumami by Chef Lok Yan Li, which changes based on the prefectures being showcased in the Cultural Pavilion. The unique beverage menu includes a rotating selection of sake from the breweries featured in the Brand Showcase. The 16-seat bar is meant to provide guests of Sake Central with more than just a retail space, as one of the best ways to truly understand Japanese culture is by experiencing its food and beverage firsthand. Bar Sake Central can accommodate intimate tastings or be opened up to more people as an izakaya, with standing room to eat and drink.
